No-Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy
Please read this before you pay. Unlock IQ Institute follows a strict no-refund policy.
Strictly no refunds
All payments made to Unlock IQ Institute Pvt. Ltd. are final and non-refundable. This applies to every exam registration, every digital product and every printed product, including pre-orders. Orders and registrations cannot be cancelled once payment is made. Please check the programme, class, product and your details carefully before paying.
Exam registrations
- Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including if the student does not take the exam.
- If we are unable to conduct an exam on the announced dates, we will offer the student a rescheduled attempt.
Digital products (practice papers, printable books, worksheets)
- Digital products are delivered instantly and personalised practice papers are generated for your order, so they are non-refundable.
- If a download link does not work or a file is corrupt, write to us within 48 hours with your order ID and we will re-issue it at no charge.
- Each child's practice-paper file can be downloaded up to 2 times. The emailed download link works for 7 days; "Find my order" (order ID and mobile number) sends it to your email again.
Printed products (books, bookmarks)
- In-stock items are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment. Pre-ordered books are delivered within 15 days of the order.
- Delivery across India by courier, typically 4–8 working days after dispatch. Tracking details are sent on dispatch.
- Damaged or wrong item received: tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it at no charge. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Payment problems
If money was deducted but your payment failed, the bank or payment gateway reverses it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. If you were charged twice for the same order, write to us with both payment references and we will reverse the duplicate charge.
